JetsetIQ does not store or have access to your credit card information. When you enter your credit card details in the JetsetIQ app for transaction processing, this data is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. Stripe is responsible for safeguarding your credit card information in accordance with its own privacy policy and security measures.

Transaction Information

When you purchase carbon offsets through the JetsetIQ app, we store details of the transaction in our backend. This information does not include your credit card details or email address. Each transaction is linked to the customer via a user ID that is unique to you.

User Control Over Data

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your email address is deleted from our backend. You also have the right to update your personal information at any time.
